Heat Win 24th Straight In Dramatic Fashion

This game looked like it was over. The Cavaliers were up double digits much of the game and had a strong lead going into the 4th. A 37-10 run by the Heat took away that lead and then some, putting the Heat up by 8 with about 6 minutes left in the 4th. LeBron had a triple double, scoring 25 points and pulling down 12 boards as well as getting 10 assists. There was a moment after he hit a contested 3 where you could just tell he was in the zone, truly a scary sight. This was without a doubt one of the best games of the year, getting more and more exciting as time winded down. A missed step-back 3 by Ellington and a botched rebound with 5 seconds left gave Miami the ball and sealed the deal for Cleveland. This young Cleveland team, without Kyrie Irving, managed a respectable effort for the first three quarters, but their defense slipped late and the Heat took advantage as they’ve shown they can do. To erase a 27 point deficit for a 24th straight win… almost unthinkable. Then again, LeBron scored 56 this same day 8 years ago as a rookie. Dude is talented. Final Score 98-95
