Google Can’t Do It, But Dennis Rodman Can
If you would have told me a week ago that former Chicago Bulls badass Dennis Rodman would make the biggest stride in recent memory towards peace with North Korea, I would have told you that you were out of you f!@#$%&g mind. However, I would now stand humbly corrected.
As it turns out, North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un spent his youth in a Swiss boarding school where he became a huge NBA fan. So what was his favorite team? Yeah, you guessed it, the Chicago Bulls. So when Dennis Rodman and the Harlem Globetrotters asked the infamously secluded country to film a segment for a new reality show, Kim Jong-Un was thrilled to welcome them.
This is absolutely astonishing considering Google CEO Eric Schmidt undertook a private humanitarian mission to North Korea earlier in the year and was unable to receive an audience with Kim Jong-Un. Rodman and the Harlem Globetrotters are the first Americans to meet with the controversial leader. Hopefully Dennis “The Worm” Rodman will wrap up his peacekeeping mission in North Korea soon because rumor has it, al-Assad is a huge Bulls fan too.
