Sure the fashion trend may have faded out in the early 2000’s when Jay-z proclaimed he was done wearing jerseys, but we at Dudesnews have a strong appreciation for the history of sports uniforms.

Keeping with our Throwback Thursday theme and closely following the color scheme of the Mighty Ducks Wild Wing jersey, we take a look at the MLB’s Arizona Diamondbacks “Turn Ahead The Clock Night” Jersey. Worn twice in August and September of 1999, this throwback jersey is extremely rare and often unknown to sports fans. The unique jersey features a Diamondback snake weaving through the chest and futuristic numbers with a sideways nameplate on the back. Check this Throwback jersey out and let us know what you think.
