Adidas to release special RGIII Rookie of the Year socks

After a spectacular rookie campaign, Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was awarded with the NFL Rookie of the Year award last night in New Orleans. RGIII impressed football fans around the world passing for over 3,000 yards, 20 touchdowns along with 815 rushing yards and 7 scores. Almost immediately after being presented with his award, Adidas released photos of their RGIII Rookie of the Year socks covered in Griffin’s inspirational phrases. Made up in the Redskins colorway, these socks will release this upcoming Tuesday February 5 on the Adidas website.
