"sharp like a razor"

Ever dedicated to our standards of automotive excellence we bring you the Audi r8 PPI Razor GTR-10 (that’s quite a mouthful). This Audi r8 got a makeover from PPI automotive and has become a new animal. That little -10 at the end of the title means only ten are going to be made. As it is with elite automobiles there will always be a limit on production. With tuning companies the limits on production tend to be more strict because they are not as large or profitable, dealing with more detailed work and less large scale production. Specializing 10 or 15 units is far less difficult than producing 100 to 150 units (as compared to special make Lamborghini, Bugatti, etc).

The PPI Razor GTR-10 gets true supercar numbers out of a car that I’ve never thought to be a true supercar. It sports a normally aspirated v10. Now I know what you’re thinking, a v10!? This engine gets over 600hp at 7,400rpm, that’s no joke. With a top speed well over 200mph and a 0-60 time of 3.2 seconds this car can hang with the big dogs. Other notable tweaks include the carbon fiber rear wing, roof, rear fenders, and rear bumper all sitting on aluminum PPI wheels.

Form follows function, and this car embraces that. The lightweight carbon fiber additions increase the power/weight ratio and make the exterior look sleek and clean. The price is loud, but not bad considering the performance.

Price: $430,000

Horsepower: 600hp

Top Speed: 208mph

0-60mph: 3.2
